Formerly known as Power Asia Integrated Sales and Allied Services Inc., Builder Beavers Construction and Supply OPC was founded in 2015. Originally envisioned as a company focused on providing solar energy solutions, reflecting the founder's commitment to sustainability. However, the company quickly pivoted from its initial green energy goals and began its journey as a small electrical supply business. Despite not holding stock, the company thrived due to hard work, dedication, and a keen focus on providing high-quality electrical products to a growing market.

  Through resilience and adaptability, Builder Beavers has steadily evolved, and in 2017, the company took a bold step forward by introducing prefabricated modular container-type houses to the Philippines market. Inspired by the founder's love for Legos, tiny house living, and modern, efficient design, this new direction enabled the company to offer customizable, high-quality housing and office solutions that are as practical as they are affordable.
